All proceeds from contest entries, votes, and reserve-a-grid spaces directly support Rey of Hope Rescue in their mission:

Absolutely! Please keep in mind there is a limit of one dog per photo entry. People are not allowed in photos, only your dog. Photos that do not follow these rules will be removed and will not be eligible to win with no opportunity for a refund.

The winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top 13 entrants that get the most votes. The top winner will win the coveted cover photo for the 2026 calendar! 2nd - 13th place winners will have their dog featured as a dog of the month. The top 13 vote getters will have their pet professionally photographed by Unleashed with Love for the 2026 calendar. All winners will have the opportunity to upgrade to a standard session and/or purchase products following their session if desired.

Additionally, one pet each week who receives the highest number of new votes for a particular week will win a mini-contest prize from one of the participating weekly mini-contest prize-sponsoring businesses.

Complimentary calendar contest sessions will be held on pre-determined dates from May through July 2025 at select locations throughout the greater Milwaukee area. Specific details will be provided to winners upon completion of the calendar contest.

Honor your pet or celebrate a gotcha-day or birthday by reserving a day of your choice for their photo for $10. Any type of pet(cats, birds, fish, chickens, you get the idea) can be included in the Reserve-A-Day option. To participate choose a favorite photo of your pet and choose your date! When choosing your photo, please be mindful that it will be cropped to a square ratio. Once a date has been reserved, it will not longer be available.
